Refund Policy

Party/Event Cancellations

• Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event may be rescheduled or refunded to the original payment method used or as store credit for the full amount paid.

• Cancellations received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event may be rescheduled or refunded as store credit only for the full amount paid.

• Day-of or last-minute cancellations are subject to deposit forfeiture (equal to the deposit amount for the booked service) with any remaining paid balance refunded as store credit only.

• Parties that arrive more than 30 minutes late will incur an inconvenience fee equal to the booked service's deposit amount and have to reschedule or accept a refund as store credit for the amount paid minus the inconvenience fee.

• No-call, no-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.


Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.


Products and Custom Orders

Products may be returned within thirty days from the date of purchase. For a return to be accepted, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Prior authorization is required for all returns. Items returned to us without authorization will not be refunded. Once your return has been processed, a refund for the item(s), minus the cost of shipping, will be sent to your original form of payment or issued as store credit.

Custom orders are non-refundable. Please make sure everything is correct before submitting a custom order.
