Paint 'n Sip Party/Event Cancellations
Cancellations received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event may be refunded as store credit for the full amount paid. Day-of cancellations may incur a $20 inconvenience fee since the cancelled time slot cannot be re-booked as we do not schedule same-day bookings.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Products and Custom Orders
Regular products may be returned within thirty days from the date of purchase. For a return to be accepted, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Prior authorization is required for all returns. Items returned to us without authorization will not be refunded. Once your return has been processed, a refund for the item(s), minus the cost of shipping, will be sent to your original form of payment or issued as store credit.
Custom orders are non-refundable. Please make sure everything is correct before submitting a custom order.
