Refund Policy

Notice: As of 3/30/22, refunds to debit/credit cards are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. This is because with each card transaction, we pay 2.9% to our card payment processor, and they’ve decided to stop returning this fee to us with refunds. Thank you for understanding.

Party/Event Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please let us know as soon as possible. While deposits are non-refundable, any remaining balance may be refunded back to your original payment method or issued as a gift card or store credit.

Tickets for public events are refundable until 3 days before the event and may be issued as a gift card or store credit only.

No-Show policy: No refund. This includes last-minute cancellations (any reservation cancelled within 3 hours of its scheduled start time).

Products and Gift Cards

  • Paint kits are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable.
  • Wine products may be returned unopened and in new condition within 7 days of purchase. Receipt must be present.
  • New easels may be returned unopened and in new condition within 14 days of purchase. Receipt must be present.
  • Used easels are non-refundable but may be eligible for our buy-back program.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Prior authorization is required before sending returns by mail. All returns are subject to inspection and will only be refunded if deemed eligible.
